I was certified as an open water diver February 2004 and that day changed my life I’ve since logged more than 800 dives – mostly in the South Pacific waters surrounding the islands of Taiwan, Green, Orchid, and Xiao Liu Chiu. Other places where I have gone diving are Palau, the Philippines, and Thailand.
In the latter part of 2004, I certified as an SSI Dive Control Specialist. This led to a new thrill of documenting my dives via underwater photography. I now have thousands of pictures, some of which can be found HERE [link to photo page].
My self-appointed duty as a diver is to open the eyes of non-divers and other divers towards the best way to dive. I was certified as an SSI instructor in December 2006. Always seeking the best training available, I became interested in Global Underwater Explorers (GUE) and their “Doing It Right” philosophy of diving.
